Q: The machine cannot connect to the computer (no IP address is displayed on the upper left of the software)


A: Check whether the network cable is properly connected  

Replace the cable  

Turn off the computer firewall and try to reconnect the machine to the computer  

Check whether the input and output voltage is normal  

Replace the mainboard
